Kristina Brändén Whitaker

Actress

Profile

Drama actress with an need to tell stories in an emotional and beautiful way

I have worked professionally as an actor since I graduated from the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, in 2000. I started my career in London and when I moved back to Gothenburg in 2005, I co-founded GEST (Gothenburg English Studio Theatre) where my current base as actress and director is. I have extensive experience in theatre, Television and film both in Sweden and internationally. You can soon see me in SVTs new drama series A hunt for a killer (Jakten på en mördare) directed by Mikael Marcimain. I am very curious about other people and the need to tell their stories is what drives me as an actor.  With 13 years living, training and working in England, my English is as good as native. I always want to learn new things, love new challenges and I look forward to working with you!
